Rates and Validity

All rates are quoted in US Dollars and convertible to Indonesan Rupiah on the current exchange rates. Due to fluctuations, Bali Vista Paradise reserves the right to change these prevailing rates if circumstances need such action. Every effort will be made to inform to clients in case of such changes.

Responsibilities

Bali Vista Paradise Tour & Travel does not accept liability of whatever acts of nature, omissions or defaults, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, transport operators, shipping companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection to your holiday itinerary. We act only as agents for the companies listed & disclaim any & all liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused beyond our control. Bali Vista Paradise has the right to change any arrangement with or without notice if found to be in the best interest of all parties concerned.

Liability

Bali Vista Paradise acts only in the capacity of an agent for hotels, carriers, transformation companies or other contractors. Therefore Bali Vista Paradise can not be held responsible for any loss, damages, injuries, delays, and changes of schedule, or irregularities which are beyond our control. Bali Vista Paradise has the right to change any arrangement with or without notice if found to be in the best interest of all parties concerned.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with charges imposed by hotels, adventure tour operators & associated transport suppliers. Hotels will charge a minimum one-night rate for late cancellations & up to full stay for no-shows. No refund will be granted once accommodation, tours, meal preparation or un-used services are not utilized once the tour has commenced

Payment Procedures

Special Accommodations, Credit card payment is required 14 days prior to arrival during low season & 30 days prior during high season. Late bookings confirmed require same day payment. We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, & American Express & will charge & convert into Indonesian Rupiah at the local bank's daily rate once you have confirm your reservation. All rates are quoted in US Dollars & are nett, including 21% tax & service charge. Cheques, bank draft or credit cards should prepay all bookings payable to Bali Vista Paradise .
Additional Note. Tours optional with activities payment can be made in Bali but Reservation is most required.

Note

For the reconfirmation of the booking, the bank transfer should be done by the latest 7 days prior to arrival.
Failure to pay or late payment will result in cancellation of booking. Exceptions will be made only if other previous contract has been made. Cancellation fees will be imposed depending on circumstances or lateness of cancellations only when the hotels, carriers, transportation companies or other contractors concerned insist.
